Nonstop flights from ILM to Washington DC begin this spring

Got a beef with Congress or the president?
Well, US Airways is about to make it easier for folks from Southeastern North Carolina to take their complaints to Washington, D.C., in person.
The carrier intends to start nonstop service between Wilmington International Airport and Washington's Reagan National Airport in March.
But the flight will operate only on weekends during the second and third quarters of 2011, which happen to be the airport's busiest times.
That could change, however, if the service proves popular.
